Short answer: there isn’t any in Hall 6 or Hall 5 (and certainly none outdoors either) – and the government won’t be installing any. There is air conditioning in Hall A and B though so you can definitely head there to cool off a little!

We’ll have to wait for the brand new state-of-the-art convention centre in the sky for anything more! The State Fair halls pre‑date the dinosaurs and have zero ducting. We ask every year; they laugh; it’s now an island‑wide meme. But don’t get us wrong; we love our venue (it’s the only one that can handle the scale of CCC – and yes we’ve checked everywhere else – trust us)!

So we lean in:

• Beach‑Con mode: rock the shorts, Hawaiian shirts, linen Jedi robes, poolside cosplays, etc.
• Bring a frosty sidekick: insulated bottle full of ice and water + refill with bottles from the CCC Bar.
• Or an even frostier sidekick: old‑school paper fan, USB fan, or the new mini‑AC bricks that fit in a pouch.
• Shade hacks: food court, chill‑out zone and outdoor seating areas all get bonus tents and umbrellas this year.
• And don’t forget; Hall A main stage has loads of seating and is perfectly air conditioned.

3–5 Oct 2025 (first weekend of October every year) at the Cyprus State Fair (Kratiki Ekthesi) – we adore this visionary 1970s landmark and are literally pitching in to repair its halls so we can all breathe new life into its historic spaces!

• TableFlip every Summer
• Warmup Party every September
• NecroComicCon every Halloween

And there’s *even* more: we also organise other mini get togethers (like the fantasy-filled Shamrock Shindig)!

Extremely importantly: CCC also actively helps promote and celebrate the healthiest and most community-focused events run by a variety of other local and international organisers (including societies, game stores and others). We only work with other event organisers who share the same heart, passion and vision we do; a love for all of our combined interests, the desire to defeat aloneness and to come together and enjoy it all in the healthiest and happiest of settings.
